FATHER'S DAY ON THE HILL

Father’s Day on the Hill is an annual event on Parliament Hill in Ottawa that brings together Members of Parliament from all parties, key mental health stakeholders and policy makers to discuss mental health with a focus on men and fathers.

This non-partisan initiative is led by Member of Parliament Matt Jeneroux in partnership with the Mental Health Commission of Canada. In past years, our event has featured prominent Canadian men including Peter Mansbridge, Bryan Baeumler, Georges Laraque and organizations such as the Burlington Fire Department, National Hockey League Players’ Association, Movember among others.

A Letter to New Fathers

Like all events across the world during COVID-19, 2020’s Father’s Day on the Hill went virtual. Thank you to all of the participants featured in this special video “A Letter to New Fathers”.
